There was a breakdown in communication between the builder and Miller which resulted in delayed service for warranty work, but once I reached out to Miller directly they were out the next day. The ladies in the Office are super helpful and the employee (Braden) who came out was knowledgeable and friendly. He completed the work quickly. Great job!

Braden was awesome Knew his trade well and very personable. Got here at scheduled time. My only knock would be don't charge hourly for the lunch break...

Technician Lee was very professional. He went through proper steps to eliminate the power switch to the fan. Then he checked the power to the ceiling fan. Power was there so fan needs replaced. Now let’s see how long Choice Home Warranty replaces my ceiling fan.
