There was a breakdown in communication between the builder and Miller which resulted in delayed service for warranty work, but once I reached out to Miller directly they were out the next day. "My mom had some weird electrical issues pop up such as microwave tripping breaker and then we realized that most of the outlets in the living room and office are on that same circuit. I called a good friend of mine who is an electrician out of the area and asked if he knew someone locally to me that I could send to my mothers house. My requirements were that it had to be done right, to code, and with the safest outcome which I expected to cost a lot. I wanted a licensed electrician to troubleshoot the wiring, minimize loads, and dedicate the microwave on its own circuit breaker. Long story short, my buddy said call Matt with Millers Superior and I did. My mother said she was beyond pleased with the service and repairs. Very nice and professional, solved all the issues on the first service call, and confirmed that the microwave itself is bad. I was expecting a bill for DOUBLE what we were charged. They got the job done much sooner that I was expecting without cutting corners. I used to work in the trades and its hard to find quality craftsman these days.
