COMMERCIAL SERVICE
Our Owasso electrician commercial team has a combined experience of 45 years in the field itself. Together we will get the problem figured out very quickly, and within the budget given. We work very closely with large chains on emergency calls, we know how important it is to keep your business up and running, and we know how frustrating it is to have a receptacle not working, or a breaker that keeps tripping. We are also very familiar and updated with the health department standards, such as how much lighting is needed in the food prep areas.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Our Owasso electricians have experience in multi dwelling units for a retirement village, remodels where we make your space come to life with a little demo and getting your blueprints. We can wire up your new business sign for your company, dedicated circuits, running EMT of any size, underground work, we can also make sure your company has enough lighting by either getting rid of your old lights and adding LED but we can also add new and more lighting to your space to make it as bright as you want. Our crews have experience in scissor lifts, excavators, and jack hammering.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER
Matthew Burke brings a lot of knowledge to the Owasso electricians office of Millers Superior Electric; he has 38 years of experience. He sees the commercial projects from the start on blueprints, to groundwork and to the complete finish. He is very involved with every Owasso electrician commercial project we do; he visits the job sites multiple times a week to oversee the project and to check in with the field supervisors as well as our GC on site. Any commercial work he would be the one involved in. If you would like a quote, we would be able to provide you with one.
WE ALWAYS COME PREPARED
We currently have 11 fully stocked vehicles, and a warehouse with stock material. We do our very best to make sure all of our vans are stocked with the most used daily material for those quick fixes. While we have done a great job at this, there are some things that get missed. We have a material handler on call everyday to run any missing material quickly to our job sites so the employees in the field do not have to stop and go to the supply house. If we come and do an estimate for you prior to the job, our Owasso electricians will take photos and a material list the day he comes out, this always helps get the jobs done in a timely manner for us and our customer. Matt also always gets with the tech or tech’s scheduled on the job to show them all of the photos and they will talk about the job and go over the game plan to make sure everything goes as planned that day.
COMMERCIAL LIGHTING
We have experience in any kind of commercial lighting, rather it be motion detecting, parking lot lights, or wall packs. We know that lighting for a commercial space is very important for your customers and employees. We will always work and communicate with you to get those dark areas lighted up to ensure the safety of everyone. We will also work with your local utility company to get you the best rebate we can when we upgrade your lighting.
MULTIFAMILY DWELLING UNITS
Millers has done multiple multifamily dwelling units around the Tulsa, OK area. One example is Glenpool Ridge Retirement Village with 75 units. We are currently also working on an apartment complex in Seminole OK. Our techs are also experienced in working on items that are needed for 24/7 use, such as pool equipment, outside lighting etc.
WE WILL TRAVEL IN OKLAHOMA
We will look at projects that are not just here in Tulsa, OK. There have been many commercial and residential jobs that we have traveled for. We know hiring an honest and reliable Owasso electrician locally in small towns is hard or almost impossible, again that’s why we are here and we will travel to you! We have gone to Muskogee for many jobs such as Wendy’s, Buckle, and McDonald’s. We can and have also gone to other areas, Glenpool, Okmulgee, Jenks, Rose, Afton, Pryor, Vinita, Chelsea, Foyil. TENANT BUILD OUTS
Millers Superior Electric loves doing the tenant build outs, this is where there is an existing commercial space and we are remodeling it into a new space for a new tenant. We love seeing the before and after, and making our clients happy with their new workspace. We have done anywhere from retail spaces, office spaces, mini storages, and restaurant spaces, marijuana grows.
